- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Its almost impossible to reach dial a ride for the handicapped. I repeatedly dialed about once every 10 seconds for 25 minutes and never got thru. They need more lines or a smartphone app because this isn't working. Dialing at the rate that I was my phone battery was drained so I have to wait a few hours for it to recharge. By the time it does they will be closed. What if I was calling for a return ride? I would be screwed. Only use dial a ride if you have a lot of time to waste.By Bruce Mitchell, January 15, 2017
